Use the extension antenna when you have a weak cellular signal, and the signal needs to be improved. Our extension antenna is mounted remotely from the cellular transmitter using the supplied extension coaxial cable and has been designed to provide cost-effective coverage for you. It’s designed for wall, pipe, or mast mounting and is weatherproof, allowing the device to reap the benefits of an antenna mounted in an elevated location where the signal is strongest.

The omni-directional radiation pattern allows the antenna to be quickly installed while the global Cellular/LTE coverage provided by the antenna allows it to be utilized for 4G cellular applications. This optional 16' external mount antenna will solve a weak signal issue with your PumpAlarm.com unit. Mount it at the highest point in your basement (i.e. this could be between the floor joists if they are open), against a wall, or outdoors, to provide the best chance for signal improvement.
