1. Where do you mount the PumpAlarm Unit?

Inside the pit. Above the pit, on the discharge pipe. Lay it on the floor.

2. Do you use the hose clamps or zip ties to mount the device?

Both are acceptable. Hose clamps. Zip ties.

3. Where do you mount the micro float switch?

Away from the inlet pipe, above normal operating level of the sump pump. Facing the inlet pipe. Inside the operating level of the sump pump.
