What steps do I need to take after I receive my new 4G PumpAlarm?

When you receive your new 4G PumpAlarm device, you must complete the following steps:

Step 1) Activate your new device through our customer portal found online at https://www.pumpalarm.com/activate/.

Step 2) Deactivate your old 3G device. To do so, you may either call (888-454-5051) or email Tech Support (support@pumpalarm.com).

**Please deactivate your 3G device after you have activated your new device.
***You must follow step #2 above to deactivate your 3G device so that you do not continue to be charged for cellular service on that device.
